As the leader of the Life Science Tax Practice, he specializes in corporate and pass-through taxation, guiding clients through complex financial strategies and tax opportunities. His expertise covers R&D tax credits, Qualified Small Business Stock benefits, M&A transactions, Section 382 limitations, transfer pricing, and equity-based compensation. Additionally, Lenny has a deep understanding of business succession planning and tax controversy, ensuring his clients receive forward-thinking solutions and sound guidance.

Committed to his community, Lenny has held leadership roles such as Treasurer for the Whitinsville Golf Club (Massachusetts) and Chairman of the Northbridge Historic Commission. His dedication extends to serving on the Northbridge Community Preservation Committee and contributing to the town’s 250th Anniversary Celebration in 2022, helping preserve and enhance the local heritage of his Massachusetts hometown, part of the Blackstone River Valley National Historic Park.
